So, here I was, fed up with the old twitter account being suspended, so I opened up a different twitter with a different e-mail address. I even had to use Tor browser as the old trusted Google Chrome was being denied left and right to open up a new twitter account. Finally, successful at opening an account using Tor, I followed 15 people, tweeted once, and logged out.
Hmm… logging back in sees my account suspended again. Again! Contested it, got back the same generic reply, and here was mine to them:
• You’ve removed all prohibited following automation from your account, and will stop any manual aggressive following behavior. – I don’t even know what this is.
• You’ve reviewed our Best Practices page: http://support.twitter.com/articles/68916 – I did just so that my account will not be suspended. It’s worse than school, jeez
• You understand our policies and will not engage in any prohibited following behavior. – I’ll follow one person at a time, just to please you.
I hope that this jolts them up their asses and is different enough to be deemed non-automated.
